How pricing works
What is charged separately?
Preparation, touring days, non-show travel days, close-out, vehicle use and direct expenses are clearly separated in the quote.
Are expenses marked up?
Direct agreed expenses are shown transparently. The quote will state what is included and what is passed through at cost.
Do you charge a percentage of funding?
No. Funding support is offered on a fixed-fee basis by scope and complexity. Funding is never guaranteed.
What about cancellation?
The written quote sets out deposit, cancellation and changes before work begins.
